Senior Associate, Career Center Operations (EY GDS)

About the role

EY Career Center is looking for a Senior Associate to support the delivery and operational excellence of its services, including Executive Coaching and the Opportunity Marketplace. Working closely with the operations team, the role drives process efficiency, maintains data quality and supports a high-touch client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn, client and industry data and public sourcing tools to find executive-level opportunities for the Opportunity Marketplace
• Review and manage internal opportunity referrals as the first reviewer in the EYCC system
• Monitor opportunity workflows for accuracy, completeness and adherence to service delivery timelines
• Support opportunity harvesting, communications, processes and continuous improvement
• Carry out market and account research to support business development and growth
• Coordinate scheduling outreach and logistics for group coaching workshops and virtual events
• Support client feedback surveys, reporting of program outcomes and impact, and client review and quality control
• Maintain data integrity by auditing, cleansing and reconciling data in the EYCC system
• Prepare reports and business activity summaries, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders

Required profile

• 3-6 years of related work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Ideally: experience in talent, coaching, learning, events, finance, recruiting or resource management, and in professional services

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and reporting
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of Copilot and AI tools
• Project management, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
