SAP SD Solution Architect

About the role

Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) is hiring an SAP SD Solution Architect. The successful candidate joins the ERP Digital Core Team, part of a multifunction service and technical center with more than 1,800 employees serving the corporation worldwide. The role provides end-to-end solution leadership for SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes, combining functional and technical expertise with architecture capabilities to design scalable solutions and support current SAP landscapes while defining future-state architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, technical teams and cross-functional partners.
• Define solution architectures, integration strategies, technical designs and implementation roadmaps for SAP sales processes.
• Provide expertise across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns and Credit Management.
• Collaborate with teams supporting MM, EWM, TM, FI/CO, PP and other modules for end-to-end integration.
• Guide technical teams, review designs and ensure adherence to architecture standards and governance.
• Evaluate requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and support SAP S/4HANA transformation, migrations and continuous improvement.
• Partner with development teams on custom solutions, integrations and interfaces, and contribute to enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 8+ years focused on SAP SD and Order-to-Cash.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering SAP SD solutions in large, complex environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales experience, including implementation, migration or transformation programs.
• Advanced English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: relocation may be considered; expatriate assignments and visa sponsorship are not considered.
