Remote Appointment Setter for US Health Insurance Agency

About the role

We are a U.S.-based health insurance agency looking for a motivated remote Appointment Setter. The role involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, confirming eligibility for ACA or private PPO plans, and scheduling appointments for our licensed agents.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads based on income, household size, and ACA eligibility criteria.
• Identify Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) and assess eligibility for health coverage.
• Conduct pre‑screening for ACA and private PPO options.
• Book appointments with a low no‑show rate and manage follow‑up via text and email campaigns.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain accurate CRM records and notes.

Required profile

• Advanced English fluency with a neutral or light accent.
• Strong, confident communication style suitable for U.S. customers.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or in a call‑center environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Quiet workspace and stable internet connection.

• Full‑time schedule on U.S. EST hours: Mon‑Fri 8 am‑11 am & 4 pm‑8 pm, Sat 8 am‑11 am.
