Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking remote Android developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is fully asynchronous, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.

• Compensation up to $34 USD per hour, plus performance incentives averaging 7.5 %.
