Product Manager (Hybrid) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Product Manager to own the execution and delivery of healthcare and life‑sciences products. The role works closely with engineering, data science and design teams to create compliant, data‑enabled solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with platform strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
• Translate business and client requirements into functional, technical and analytical specifications.
• Prioritise features and backlog items based on value, impact and risk.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on scope, timelines and effort estimates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
• Track product success metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science).
• Experience delivering software or data‑enabled products in regulated industries.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
