Senior Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical studies for sponsor‑dedicated projects in Argentina. This remote position supports trial compliance, quality monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical trials, reviewing protocols, case report forms and regulatory documents.
• Develop monitoring tools, plans, checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure quality.
• Audit trial conduct, address compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Document monitoring activities, write detailed reports, and update study databases.
• Mentor junior staff, provide training, and oversee their monitoring activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and related software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent preferred.
