Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities for real‑world late‑phase studies in Argentina. The role involves both on‑site and remote work, collaborating with investigators, sponsors and internal teams to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring adherence to ICH‑GCP, GPP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in CRFs, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports and logs, and support recruitment, retention and patient awareness strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline proficiency.
• Source document review and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Investigational product handling and inventory management.
