Product Manager (Hybrid) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Product Manager to own the execution and delivery of healthcare and life‑science products, including software and data‑enabled solutions. The role works closely with engineering, data science and design teams to translate business needs into high‑quality, compliant products.

Key responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for assigned capabilities, aligned with broader platform strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Translate client requirements into clear functional, technical and analytical specifications.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Partner with engineering to define scope, timelines and effort estimates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
• Track product success metrics such as adoption, usability and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering software or technology‑enabled products in regulated industries.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into product requirements.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies.
