PRC Support Specialist - Supervising Associates

About the role

EY's Pursuit Resource Center (PRC) supports the firm's deals across all sizes, giving pursuit teams access to accurate, well-received materials and tools. This Supervising Associate role drives pursuit excellence within its domain (service line, region or sector), acts as a brand ambassador for the PRC and helps build relationships with domain teams and requesters.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pursuit excellence across the assigned domain and act as a brand ambassador for the PRC
• Work with PRC leadership to raise awareness and adoption of pursuit self-help products and services
• Share knowledge and best practices, and support presentations and training on pursuit excellence
• Contribute to and maintain the global library of pursuit content, tools and enablers, and provide high-touch support
• Take part in RFPs and proposals, including quality reviews of team members' work
• Help with outreach, harvesting and curation of pursuit content
• Update KPI and metric inputs accurately and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Supervise the PRC team, coach and mentor colleagues, support onboarding and training of new hires, and oversee the team's work

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred (MBA)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge or client service, with an understanding of pursuits and content navigation
• Experience in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge of the bid process and experience developing external marketing or pitch communications
• Ability to work after normal business hours occasionally

• Intermediate familiarity with AI, applied in daily tasks
