Go-to-Market Content Development - Supervising Associate

About the role

EY's Clients & Industries function has a Demand Generation team that drives pipeline growth and customer acquisition through curated experiences, events, content and activation strategies. Its Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence delivers high-quality assets and uses AI-powered content management to support sales. As a GTM Content Development Specialist (Supervising Associate), you will support the sourcing, development and activation of go-to-market assets that meet client growth priorities and established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute content requests, including go-to-market asset development, content sourcing and harvesting campaigns and impact measurement.
• Contribute to content development initiatives aligned with client growth priorities.
• Help curate and activate go-to-market content and experiences so they are relevant and accessible for clients.
• Apply governance standards and best practices to keep quality and consistency.
• Use GenAI and analytics tools to support content creation and performance tracking.
• Work with colleagues across Clients & Industries and partner functions to refine content.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of EY's go-to-market strategy and Demand Generation products and services.
• Experience supporting content execution for Sector, Solutions or Big Bets initiatives.
• Familiarity with the content lifecycle: planning, creation, editorial review, optimization, curation and performance tracking.
• Ability to explain the purpose and intended use of each asset delivered by the CoE.
• Ideally, experience in a fast-paced environment, managing several initiatives at once and exploring emerging technologies such as GenAI.
