Marketing Channel Delivery Manager – LATAM Cluster Markets

About the role

The Global Operations Services Center (GOSC) is looking for a Marketing Channel Delivery Manager to lead marketing channel and sample services across Pfizer’s International Markets in Latin America. You will partner with local brand, marketing, digital, and commercial teams to design and execute digital and sample strategies that meet HCP and patient needs while ensuring compliance and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume, multi‑market sample operations, including annual plans, warehouse oversight, audit readiness and deviation management.
• Plan and oversee outbound email marketing campaigns from brief through performance review.
• Advise on HCP portal (PfizerPro) strategy, governance and above‑brand oversight to improve customer experience.
• Drive rollout, compliance and scaling of two‑way social communications and e‑permission governance.
• Oversee omnichannel reporting, KPI consistency and data‑driven insights across markets.

Required profile

• BA required; MBA or equivalent Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years experience in digital/omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with medical sample management and compliance is a strong advantage.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple markets and functions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to work across Americas time zones.
