Rare Diseases Product Manager

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Rare Diseases Product Manager to shape and execute the strategy for its rare disease portfolio in Argentina. The role will lead cross‑functional teams, drive brand performance and develop commercialization strategies that align with both local and global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Country Brand Plan and Launch Readiness Plan in line with global strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional Brand Teams, facilitate meetings and ensure sales force engagement.
• Design and implement promotional initiatives, including sales materials, campaigns and congress activities.
• Own the brand budget, monitor performance and align investments with business priorities.
• Generate forecasts, sales targets and long‑term planning scenarios with Business Unit leadership.
• Produce market analysis, customer research and competitive intelligence to create actionable plans.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales and other functions to optimize brand performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Rare Diseases within a large pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in product launches, brand management and cross‑functional leadership.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
