About the role

The Data Access Manager supports prospective clients during Power Digital's sales cycle, guiding them through the Access & Integration process to ensure all required data sources are connected to internal systems. This role acts as the bridge between Revenue and Analyst teams, enabling accurate marketing assessments.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during data access and integration phases.
Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams before and during marketing audits.
Manage prospective client onboarding environments and maintain the Access & Integration materials library.
Update internal documentation as access processes evolve and employ AI technologies to optimize workflows.

Required profile

Experience guiding clients through onboarding and training processes.
Proven problem‑solving ability in technical or software‑related customer issues.
Analytical skills with familiarity using analytics tools and Google Sheets for reporting.
Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
