Growth & Strategy Leader – AI & Automation

About the role

We are an AI‑first EdTech scaling rapidly in Europe. You will work directly with the founders and a high‑calibre team to identify and own growth and strategy initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose business problems, analyze data, test solutions and implement them end‑to‑end.
• Own an initial project that may span paid acquisition, funnel experiments, AI‑driven sales processes or other growth levers.

Required profile

• Strong business judgment: break down messy problems, prioritize and focus on impact.
• Execution mindset: demonstrable track record of building, improving or scaling a product or process.
• AI‑native approach: regularly use AI tools and validate their outputs.
• Ownership: take initiative and follow through without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI applications.
• Basic coding, API and automation knowledge (nice to have).
• Excellent spoken and written English.

What we offer

• Founder‑like ownership and involvement in key business decisions.
• EUR 2,500 per month for the first six months.
• Sign‑on bonus of EUR 6,000‑9,000 after the initial period, plus long‑term profit‑share or equity‑like participation.
• Company‑paid AI tools, including Claude Code and access to leading models.
