Copywriter & Content Producer for Luxury Yacht Charters

About the role

Ocean Getaways is seeking an experienced copywriter and content producer to create polished newsletters, LinkedIn articles, website features and social posts for ultra‑high‑net‑worth travelers and luxury travel advisors. This is a writing‑first, remote independent‑contractor position focused on high‑quality editorial work.

Key responsibilities

• Write long‑form newsletters, destination features, website pages, and editorial blog content.
• Produce LinkedIn posts, social captions, headlines, subject lines, pre‑headers and calls‑to‑action, adapting tone for three distinct audiences.
• Assemble, test, schedule and publish email newsletters and LinkedIn/social visuals using established templates.
• Select accurate photographs from the company library, perform basic image cropping and ensure mobile‑friendly presentation.
• Maintain publishing calendars, track basic performance metrics and report results.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of professional writing experience for HNW/UHNW, luxury or comparable premium audiences, with samples demonstrating sophisticated editorial judgment.
• Excellent American English usage, meticulous proofreading, fact‑checking and ability to follow detailed briefs.
• Proven ability to shift voice and tone convincingly across different audiences and channels.
• Reliability and independence to meet recurring deadlines in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Copywriting and long‑form editorial production.
• Experience with email and social publishing tools such as Canva, Stripo, Lightroom/Photoshop, Zoho, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn and Meta publishing platforms.
• Basic CMS updates and content scheduling.
