About the role

We are seeking an experienced LTL Operations Specialist to support our fast‑paced logistics operation across North America. This fully remote position works Monday to Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM CST, and involves direct interaction with carriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage quotes, bookings, shipment tracking, and issue resolution for multiple LTL shipments.
Work directly with carriers and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Required profile

Experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, or load coordination.
Strong English communication skills (phone and email) and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Required skills

Knowledge of carrier quoting, booking, and shipment tracking processes.
Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
