Customer Service Representative – Logistics

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for JAS customers, handling shipping orders, data entry, and communication across departments to support operational duties and drive volume growth.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders for shipment received from customers or foreign JAS offices and enter accurate data into the system.
• Communicate unit prices, shipping dates, delays and required information to customers.
• Investigate overdue, damaged or missing shipments and resolve billing or service complaints.
• Collaborate with operations clerks to trace shipments and compile statistical reports.
• Support cross‑selling initiatives and contribute to new revenue streams through marketing and lead generation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using operational systems such as C1 or Forward.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
