Logistics Coordinator II – Fixed‑term (6 months)

About the role

ICON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support clinical trial material logistics from a home‑based setting in Argentina. The role focuses on overseeing shipments, deliveries, and inventory management to ensure timely and compliant supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipments, deliveries, and inventory management for clinical trial materials.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate shipping and inventory records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination with strong supply chain and inventory management knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced level of English.
