National Development Manager

About the role

The National Development Manager will drive growth by increasing gross profit and market share, focusing on large Platinum‑level and multinational customers across Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Platinum/Diamond and multinational customer base.
• Maintain deep knowledge of JAS products and services and travel throughout the territory to meet existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare pricing, credit terms and sales contracts, and deliver activity reports and sales plans for the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Global Accounts, Vertical teams and local management on market development initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree preferred with 3‑5 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transportation.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines and work both independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experienced user of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
