About the role
Chevron is looking for an IT System Support Analyst focused on Master Data Management (MDM) in Buenos Aires. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, data owners, stewards, architects and engineers to define requirements, improve data quality, implement governance processes and deliver scalable MDM solutions. It covers the full lifecycle of MDM initiatives, from requirements gathering and process design through implementation, testing, adoption and operational support.
Required profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Application Engineer, Product Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship, metadata management and business processes.
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements with business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Profisee, Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy or similar.
- Familiarity with Azure data and integration technologies.
- Experience supporting data governance programs, data migration and onboarding initiatives.
