Time Management Implementation Lead - Manager

About the role

Lead the implementation of a cloud‑based time capture solution across PwC member firms worldwide, acting as the primary liaison for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities, workshops and solution discussions with global stakeholders.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support IT transformation and change management initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align business requirements with IT capabilities and monitor SLAs.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
• Experience working in global, cross‑cultural environments with strong stakeholder management.
• Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management or enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 a plus) and a customer‑oriented mindset.
