Human Data Manager

About the role

You will own end‑to‑end delivery of data projects for the Human Data Division, from brief to shipped package. Working remotely, you will assemble expert teams, enforce quality standards, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scoped engagements through staffing, production, quality control and delivery, managing timelines and throughput.
• Orchestrate expert pools: brief, calibrate, and monitor contributors to keep production moving without quality drift.
• Run comprehensive QC processes on every deliverable, using calibration layers, severity‑weighted rubrics, deterministic verifiers and evidence maps.
• Track output‑per‑contributor‑week, identify bottlenecks early and protect margin by managing expert hours against scope.
• Provide regular status, risk and shipment updates to the Strategic Project Lead and Human Data Evals Lead, escalating issues proactively.

Required profile

• 3+ years in program/delivery management, technical project management or data operations, preferably in AI/ML data, evaluation or annotation.
• Experience delivering technical or data projects under deadline pressure while maintaining quality across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage distributed contributors or expert pools, including briefing, calibrating and holding output to standards.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
