HR Generalist – People Consultant

About the role

The People Consultant acts as the primary HR partner for managers across the Americas region, providing proactive support and ensuring a superior employee experience. This role blends a people‑focused perspective with operational execution, partnering with local HR leaders to advance business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the efficient execution of HR processes to enhance employee and manager experience.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Conduct employment file audits for new hires and transfers to meet regulatory and departmental standards.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR service operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Required profile

• Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Sound judgment on complex workforce matters and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Credibility, adaptability, and effective communication across the organization.
• Specialist expertise in at least one market (US, Latin America, Canada, or Brazil).
