Engagement Coordinator Assistant (German-speaking) - Junior

About the role

EY's ACE team is a dedicated SL team focused on evaluating and managing risks related to commitments in line with QRM rules. This junior Engagement Coordinator Assistant supports daily administrative, quality and risk-related activities, keeping tasks tracked, organized and followed up across stakeholders. Working closely with Germany-based stakeholders and global teams, the role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with structured processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support client-facing teams by providing timely and accurate updates on sales opportunities and project code entry status
• Handle risk assessments and related activities, including tracking, follow-up and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
• Assist with contracting activities by coordinating information, tracking progress and following up on pending actions until the deal is signed off
• Update and maintain tracking tools to reflect real-time project status, working with local and global teams on data management
• Set up and share periodic status updates on assigned deals, highlighting progress, risks, issues and key achievements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operational support, coordination, administration or similar roles (preferred)
• Fluent German to interact with Germany-based stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal English
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills in multicultural teams
