Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader

About the role

The Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader will head the Argentina Shared Services organization while serving as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global People Operations & HR Shared Services, this role is part of the Global Service Delivery leadership team and drives the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Argentina Shared Services organization, ensuring efficient, high‑quality HR service delivery.
• Develop and execute operational excellence initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and capability‑building activities.
• Identify and expand the scope of services delivered from Argentina to support the global HR operating model.
• Foster a “One HR” culture across all HR functions located in Argentina, promoting employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Global Service Delivery leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities and position Argentina as a strategic global HR delivery hub.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR shared services or similar operational environments.
• Strong track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and capability development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with experience scaling HR services in a global context.
