Delivery Manager - AI Projects

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Delivery Manager to apply AI knowledge to high-impact technology programs. The role guides complex initiatives in a collaborative, innovation-oriented setting, working with colleagues across functions to turn organizational priorities into successful delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct projects from initial planning through handover so that completed work supports wider company goals
• Act as the central project representative, keeping internal contributors and external delivery partners aligned
• Develop project roadmaps with deadlines, checkpoints and balanced capacity
• Track simultaneous projects, anticipate delivery risks and protect commitments
• Run regular status sessions and update executives and other stakeholders
• Strengthen client partnerships and coordinate cross-functional contributors
• Adjust requirements, budgets and timelines as business needs change
• Improve processes, support colleagues in resolving blockers and apply quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to workforce planning with input on staffing levels and team configuration

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical engineering discipline
• 2+ years in a senior, leadership or management role
• Proven track record leading project teams of at least five full-time members
• Background in project governance and delivery leadership across different engagement models
• Experience managing digital projects and cloud-focused delivery operations
• B2-level English or higher

Required skills

• Applied expertise in Agentic AI and solution architecture
• Python scripting and familiarity with AI tools and technologies
• Digital marketing project management for campaign-based work (nice to have)
