About the role
WeWork is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of our community spaces. You will work on‑site, supporting members and guests, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk during business hours, greeting members and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Facilitate guest sign‑ins using the Welkio tablet and enforce the guest policy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date building forms (pet, filming, bike room requests) and keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Provide members with information on building services, policies, way‑finding, and community etiquette.
- Support event planning by gathering feedback, evaluating attendance, and celebrating member milestones.
- Assist the Community Lead and Community Manager with day‑to‑day tasks to keep the space fully operational.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building relationships.
- Ability to anticipate member needs and deliver personalized service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Welkio tablet guest‑sign‑in system.
