Compliance Specialist - Talent Enablement Center

About the role

PwC's Talent Enablement Center in Buenos Aires is looking for a Compliance Specialist within its Acceleration Center. The specialist manages credential verification and keeps compliance with policies across several lines of service, providing specialized advice and support while handling operational tasks that strengthen the recruiting lifecycle and improve compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the verification of credentials and compliance with policies
• Manage operational tasks to streamline the recruiting process
• Verify the accuracy of data handling and validation using tools
• Answer inquiries and provide support through the ticketing system
• Facilitate communication with employees about credential issues
• Monitor and manage seasonal and weekly operational processes
• Contribute to improving compliance procedures

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Previous experience in a compliance role is a plus

Required skills

• Experience with Alteryx or Power Automate tools
• Handling mass data with tools such as Alteryx and Excel
• Knowledge of information security and data protection
