Benefits Operations & Digital Solutions Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Senior Associate for its Benefits Operations & Digital Solutions practice. The role supports the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, handling inquiries, records, compliance tasks and digital process execution. It sits within the Internal Firm Services practice, where you also interpret data to guide recommendations and help turn business needs into practical digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee disability and wealth protection benefits programs through accurate case handling and record maintenance
• Coordinate benefit enrollment, eligibility updates and participant changes in HRIS platforms
• Interpret plan provisions and policy rules to resolve benefit questions and support consistent administration
• Analyze benefit data, usage trends and issue patterns to inform process improvements and operational reporting
• Handle employee inquiries and escalations, managing sensitive information with discretion
• Prepare benefit communications, reference materials and process documentation
• Review transactions and submissions for completeness, accuracy and compliance with plan requirements and legal regulations
• Support leave of absence, return-to-work and disability-related workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline digital tools, automation and document management
• Work with internal stakeholders on operational issues and follow information security and data protection practices

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Background in automations, AI tools and/or process improvement
• Oral and written English proficiency

Required skills

• Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Lists, Copilot, SharePoint and Planner are a plus
• HRIS tools and digital solutions in operations
• Benefits administration and program management experience
