Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities for real‑world late‑phase studies in Argentina. The role involves both on‑site and remote work, with up to 75% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, resolve queries and support electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports and logs; support recruitment, retention and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH‑GCP knowledge.
• Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems proficiency.
• Source document review and query resolution.
• Investigational product handling and inventory management.
