Client Onboarding Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Client Onboarding Senior Supervisor leads the end‑to‑end account opening and maintenance process for institutional clients, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with Citi’s risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily account opening, documentation issuance, review, and system setups.
• Oversee project management activities across account services and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and optimise work procedures, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain robust risk and control environments, identifying ways to reduce transaction defects.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and cash‑product services.
• Strong analytical, communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations and handle staggered or weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Project management, including financial cost management.
• Advanced execution in a multi‑tasking environment.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
