Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Argentina

About the role

Lead the technical side of sales and engineering for an AI agent platform, shaping architecture, security, and integrations while building a high‑performing team in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Join early‑stage sales conversations, deliver demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
• Act as a hands‑on engineering lead: ship code, build integrations, and set quality standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a technical team across engineering, integration, and pre‑sales.
• Drive customer integrations from scoping to production deployment of AI agents.
• Gather feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global product team.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
• Customer‑facing experience as a Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Strong leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Excellent English and fluency in at least one local language.
