About the role

ZS is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to partner with clients and internal teams, delivering high‑quality data and analytics solutions that drive impact across industries.

Key responsibilities

Partner directly with clients to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into analytics solutions.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization throughout project execution.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define specifications, business rules, and solution requirements.
Lead project task execution, track progress, and coordinate team meetings.
Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
