Business Operations Associate - Tax Operations

About the role

The Business Operations Associate joins the Tax Operations team and supports the execution and coordination of multiple initiatives across the Business Operation Team. The role helps ensure effective planning, organization and follow-up of activities, contributing to project management, event coordination and operational processes while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of several projects and operational initiatives at once, ensuring timely completion
• Track project tasks, timelines and action items, give regular updates and escalate issues when needed
• Help coordinate and deliver leadership events (on-site and off-site), including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, merchandising and event execution
• Support the coordination of global visits so that visitors and stakeholders have a seamless experience
• Gather requirements with internal stakeholders, communicate updates and keep initiatives aligned
• Support procurement and vendor activities, including purchase requests, follow-up on deliveries and coordination with Procurement teams in line with internal processes
• Maintain documentation, trackers and reports for project management and operations
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and support ad hoc team activities

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer care roles, such as stakeholder management, communication and managing expectations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and priorities in a dynamic, global environment
• Advanced English proficiency

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for planning, tracking and reporting
• Desired: experience in global organizations, project management principles (Agile, waterfall), vendor management and organizing corporate events inside and outside the firm
