Benefits Administrator – LATAM (North America Team)

About the role

The Benefits Administrator will support the North America team by managing company benefit programs and handling complex leave requests across the LATAM region. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer group health, dental, disability, life, AD&D, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) plans.
• Serve as liaison with benefit carriers and vendors, maintaining eligibility data in Workday.
• Audit monthly benefit bills, reconcile payroll deductions, and process payments.
• Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and support the annual open‑enrollment cycle.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes from request through return‑to‑work.
• Track and report leave usage, recommend policy updates, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources or benefits administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Workday HRIS platform.
