Associate Project Financial Analyst

About the role

Provide financial and operational support for project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month‑end close activities. Assist in preparing management and corporate reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support project setup and maintenance in financial systems, monitor billing, collections, revenue recognition and key project metrics.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for assigned business units, prepare variance analyses and monitor key financial indicators.
• Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end closing, prepare journal entries, process vendor invoices and support account reconciliations.
• Maintain financial reports, databases and planning tools, ensure data accuracy and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in finance, accounting, project finance or financial planning preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with proficiency in English.
