Assistant Director, Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter

About the role

As an Assistant Director, Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter you will own executive recruiting responsibilities across multiple service lines and sectors, primarily serving the US market. You will partner with senior recruiters to build and manage a pipeline of top‑level talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and act as a primary contact for client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against market trends to build a compelling talent pipeline.
• Utilize inclusive and creative sourcing techniques, integrating EY’s brand across all platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes within the recruiting community.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights and share knowledge with teammates.
• Conduct training and provide performance feedback to recruiting team members.
• Innovate and leverage AI to improve sourcing efficiency and execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in executive‑level search and recruitment, with 8‑10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and solve complex recruitment challenges.
• Strong relationship‑building and coaching skills, including delivering training and feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding of US hiring laws, creative sourcing techniques, and data‑driven recruiting.
