Analytics and Modeling Specialist

About the role

The Analytics and Modeling Specialist partners with finance leadership to generate high‑impact financial insights and supports the development of AI‑driven finance applications. This role acts as the human‑in‑the‑loop, ensuring AI outputs are trustworthy and aligned with real finance logic.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior finance leaders to answer high‑priority business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for applications, semantic models, and AI use cases.
• Guide the training and validation of AI agents by embedding finance domain expertise.
• Lead the creation of clear financial narratives and executive‑ready storytelling.
• Analyze business performance and provide insight‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in finance, preferably in large, heterogeneous data environments.
• Proven ability to frame business problems and solve them with data‑driven approaches.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior finance stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in conversational English.
• Experience with SAP Finance modules (e.g., BR/MMB/MMS/MME) is a plus.
