AI-Augmented Software Developer

About the role

You will work as a full‑stack generalist, using AI tools to accelerate development and tackle unfamiliar problems. The position expects rapid learning, flexibility across languages and frameworks, and a disciplined use of AI as a core productivity aid.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs, data pipelines, and integration layers.
• Move fluidly between programming languages, frameworks, and domains based on task requirements.
• Own the complete delivery cycle—from problem definition to deployment and post‑release follow‑up.
• Leverage AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, test creation, debugging, and code review as a daily workflow.
• Validate and critically assess AI‑generated output, ensuring correctness before integration.
• Use AI to automate routine tasks such as legacy code analysis, documentation, test scaffolding, and API exploration.
• Continuously improve personal and team AI‑prompting, tooling, and workflow practices.
