Warehouse Associate – Operations & Shipping

About the role

This permanent position supports daily warehouse operations for a Fortune Global 500 organization. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Warehouse Associate or Supervisor, ensuring key performance indicators are met while looking for efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Process returns, prioritize orders, and coordinate with customer service representatives.
• Select and verify products from proper locations, ensuring correct codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities.
• Arrange outbound shipments, contact carriers, and schedule pick‑ups.
• Operate power equipment such as pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to capture barcode data and enter inventory into the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience (required).
• Experience with specialized power equipment such as reach trucks (preferred).

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of power equipment (pallet movers, reach trucks, order pickers).
• RF scanner proficiency.
• Warehouse Management System data entry.
