Virtual Assistant - Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Concierge to deliver seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely, you will use AI‑powered tools to research, recommend, and book hotels, restaurants, and attractions, while communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with travelers on WhatsApp, understand preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries within 10‑20 minutes during your shift, handling special requests and coordinating with hotels or vendors.
• Research and verify hotels, restaurants, attractions, and travel logistics using AI tools and reliable sources.
• Book and manage hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements across multiple platforms.
• Write and curate destination guides and travel recommendations for marketing content.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new openings, and hidden gems.
• Problem‑solve quickly when plans change, maintaining a calm and professional tone.
