Virtual Assistant - Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Concierge to deliver seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely, you will use AI‑powered tools to research, recommend, and book hotels, restaurants, and attractions while communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with travelers on WhatsApp, understand preferences, and provide personalized recommendations within 10‑20 minutes.
• Research and verify hotels, restaurants, attractions, and logistics using AI tools and reliable online sources.
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, car rentals, and other travel services across multiple platforms.
• Write and curate destination guides and travel content for marketing purposes.
• Handle special requests, last‑minute changes, and maintain a calm, professional tone under pressure.

Required profile

• Empathetic and client‑obsessed, treating every traveler like a VIP.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to catch mistakes before they become issues.
• Excellent written English with warmth and professionalism.
• Self‑starter who continuously learns and improves processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack.
• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and AI‑assisted research tools.
