Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team on a contract basis, primarily during periods of high occupancy. The role focuses on maintaining guest rooms and public areas to our brand’s high standards, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Restock room amenities, linens, and refreshment items.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Handle lost and found items following hotel protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and common guest areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting and using housekeeping equipment throughout the shift.
• Guest‑service oriented attitude with courteous communication.
• Efficient, able to work independently and meet time‑based targets.
