USLI Reporting Specialist - Assistant Director

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Alliance USLI Specialist works out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and provides ongoing operations support for the EY alliance. The role coordinates global operational activities and collaborates with the Financial Reporting function to prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyse financial performance and data trends, and help stakeholders understand why financial reporting has changed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Alliance leadership with business insights and reporting, including weekly, monthly and annual financial analysis
• Produce custom revenue, sales and pipeline visualisations and insights, and support opportunity management and prospect tracking
• Lead digital transformation of reporting and data analytics using Power BI and SQL, and build a reporting infrastructure for global operations
• Run internal EY ecosystem leadership meetings and meetings between EY leadership and the Alliance partner
• Program manage partner tools, portals, access requests, certifications and skill tracking, and keep reference material up to date in SharePoint
• Support localisation of global agreements, market development fund requests and quarterly legal and finance reviews
• Manage onshore stakeholder expectations, plans and communication

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent, university graduation; 10+ years of work experience
• Experience with Alliance or partner programmes in a professional services or technology environment
• Understanding of EY and GDS operations (internal candidates) or Big 4 leadership support experience (external candidates)
• Virtual work across multiple geographies and stakeholder management with senior onshore colleagues

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
• Process improvement, automation and project management
• Excellent written and oral English
