KYC GCB Analyst - Client Onboarding

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Client Data Analyst within its Client Onboarding & KYC team in Buenos Aires. You will support client onboarding, renewals and remediation while ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies. The role works closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Client Services and Operations, and offers the chance to build expertise in KYC and AML processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform KYC reviews and analyse client documentation to support new customer onboarding, renewals, remediation and amendments to client profiles.
• Apply AML regulations, internal policies and jurisdiction-specific requirements throughout the client lifecycle.
• Carry out quality control reviews so client records are complete, accurate and compliant.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Client Services, Internal Controls and global onboarding teams to resolve onboarding matters.
• Help resolve daily stakeholder queries, guide them on requirements, documentation and case status, and monitor outstanding documentation.
• Assess client information, identify potential risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Identify process improvements, maintain SOPs, support special projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with formal English used daily.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative attitude across global and regional teams, with a client-focused mindset.
