Junior Cyber Remediation Analyst

About the role

The Cyber & Investigative Services team is looking for a Junior Cyber Remediation Analyst to coordinate vulnerability remediation on a global scale. You will work closely with the Vulnerability Discovery team and application support to mitigate high‑severity risks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities detected by the Vulnerability Discovery team with application support.
• Follow SOPs and internal playbooks for business‑as‑usual handling.
• Serve as liaison between security consultants and various business units.
• Prioritize, organize, optimize and automate daily remediation operations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for off‑hours incidents.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in vulnerability management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Diplomacy and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and XSOAR.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Sentinel, Splunk or similar SIEM tools.
• Understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle and security threats.
