Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Technical Solutions Engineer bridges client support, custom development, and platform implementation, acting as a technical subject‑matter expert for enterprise SaaS platforms. You will deliver hands‑on support, build tailored solutions, and drive client adoption and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implementation guidance, troubleshooting, and real‑time support during client launches and go‑live activities.
• Develop custom configurations, scripts, dashboards, API integrations, AI‑agent setups, and web‑based applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex L2/L3 technical issues, performing root‑cause analysis with SQL queries and log reviews.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, automation scripts, and best‑practice documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to drive issue resolution and product enhancements.

Required profile

• At least five years of hands‑on experience in technical support, customer‑success engineering, or SaaS operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development proficiency (front‑end and back‑end).
• API design and integration experience (RESTful APIs, webhooks).
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation experience.
• SQL querying and data troubleshooting (minimum five years).
• Experience with AI tools and APIs for building AI‑powered solutions.
• Python or similar backend language.
• Front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue (nice to have).
• ServiceNow or other ticketing/support platforms (nice to have).
