Talent Sourcer

About the role

Near is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. The role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging top talent in Latin America for remote positions with US companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and the internal ATS using Boolean and advanced search techniques.
• Initiate contact with candidates via cold outreach, warm leads or referrals and conduct initial phone or video screens.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and track communication and progress.
• Gather candidate feedback to improve the sourcing process and report sourcing activity to management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and various sourcing channels.
