Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Betty is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full‑cycle recruitment process across multiple regions, ensuring a premium candidate experience from intake to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership in LATAM, Canada, Bulgaria and the UK to define profiles, scope and hiring strategy.
• Design and run sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and market mapping for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Conduct structured screenings assessing skills, English level and cultural fit.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion and rejection reasons.
• Maintain the ATS and related trackers, document processes and mentor junior recruiters as the team grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including senior, specialized and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Advanced English (C1+) – written and spoken.
• Strong sourcing skills and hands‑on experience with an ATS.
• Consultative approach with stakeholders and data‑driven mindset.
• Comfort with autonomy, ownership and ambiguity in a founding‑team environment.
