About the role

The Payroll Analyst will support bi‑weekly and monthly payroll processing for more than 3,000 US and Canada employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Process weekly, bi‑weekly, special compensation, commission and bonus checks with high accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, reconciliations, year‑end procedures and W‑2s for multi‑state employees.
  • Handle mandatory and voluntary deductions, garnishments, liens, direct deposit requests and 401K loans.
  • Respond to inquiries related to unemployment, payroll data and employee issues.
  • Maintain payroll records, update procedures and generate special management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and company policies.

Required profile

  • BA degree and excellent written and verbal English.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct payroll experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and multitask with extreme attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Workday payroll system (preferred).
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Payroll software proficiency.
